Tenderers who submit a joint tender in a procurement procedure for the conclusion of this Framework Agreement shall be considered as one Supplier for the purposes of the performance of this Framework Agreement, and may therefore submit a joint tender in the reopening of competition under this Framework Agreement.
The Covered Entity's procurement needs will be met in accordance with the provisions of the ACA Regulation.
The contact interface of the parties involved in the performance of this Framework Agreement (Supplier, Service Provider, Covered Entities) is the website operated by the Supplier, with access route and address: https://idpr.dkuzrt.hu/ (Digital Public Procurement System, DKR).
On the basis of the provisions of Section 105 (2) c) of the Public Procurement Act, the following shall be notified by the Organisation concerned pursuant to Section 105 (3) - (5) of the Public Procurement Act provisions on the reopening of competition in the „Provisions for reopening of competition under a framework agreement” document, are recorded in the DKR.
