The Covered Entity's use of the Framework Agreement to. the implementation of its public procurement, i.e. the electronic procurement under the Framework Agreement, as provided for in the ACPC Regulation, is done using DKR.
The implementation of the public procurement contract in question may take place - pursuant to point (b) of paragraph (2) of Article 105 of the Public Procurement Act - under the conditions set out in the Framework Agreement
In accordance with point b) of paragraph (2) of Section 105 of the „Rules for the conduct of direct awards and re-openings of competitions under a framework agreement”-at Buying from DKR at fixes.
A contract based on a direct order or a reopening of competition initiated outside DKR does not constitute a procurement under the Framework Agreement.
