The implementation of a given procurement by the Covered Entity may take place - pursuant to Section 105 (2) b) of the Public Procurement Act - under the conditions set out in the framework agreement
A „Provisions for direct ordering under a framework agreement and for the reopening of a competition”-shall be recorded by the Purchaser in the DKR.
Under this Framework Agreement performance only in accordance with point b) of paragraph (2) of Section 105 of the „Specifications for direct ordering under a framework agreement and for the reopening of a competition”-as a result of a direct order confirmed in DKR or as a reopening of a competition launched in DKR, carried out in accordance with Individual Contract can be based on.
