The specific actions of the Covered Entity under this Framework Agreement the implementation of ad hoc procurement, i.e. the electronic management of procurement under a framework agreement, as provided for in the ACPC Regulation, by an electronic system operated by the Contracting Authority, is done using DKR, with the path to: https://idpr.dkuzrt.hu/. The implementation of ad hoc procurements in the DKR may be carried out by reopening the competition in accordance with Section 105 (2) c) of the Public Procurement Act.
Under this Framework Agreement performance only as a result of a call for tenders for the reopening of a competition under the framework agreement, carried out in accordance with the „Specifications for the reopening of a competition under the framework agreement”, as laid down in the DKR It can be done on the basis of an Individual Contract.
