Delta Technologies subsidiary completed the contract for the motorway concession company in record time
Delta Systems, a 100% subsidiary of Delta Technologies, has completed complex IT system integration tasks for the Hungarian Concession Infrastructure Development Ltd. in just one month. The client, which will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of 1,237 km of existing motorway from 1 September 2022, entrusted Delta Systems with the design and implementation of the entire company IT structure. Following the handover, Delta will contribute to the modern motorway operation by further deploying low-maintenance automated systems.
In August 2022, the Hungarian Concession Infrastructure Development Ltd. awarded the contract for the implementation of a complex IT infrastructure and the installation and migration of the physical service infrastructure to Delta Systems, a leading player in the transport IT market and a 100% subsidiary of Delta Technologies. The contract relates to the operation and maintenance of 1,237 km of existing expressway taken over by the Hungarian Concession Infrastructure Development Company from the Hungarian Public Road Nonprofit Company.
Delta Systems built the complete IT infrastructure, consisting of 26 subsystems, including the traffic monitoring system, the dispatching service system, the rest area monitoring system and the complete IT security system from design to implementation. The project included design up to license level, infrastructure implementation in a virtual data centre environment, implementation and migration tasks, and operations support.

On 20 September 2022, the Board of Directors of Delta Technologies approved the annual accounts of the company's subsidiaries (Delta Systems Kft. and Delta Software Technologies Kft.), which are owned by 100%. The above accounts have been published in accordance with the provisions of Act C of 2001 on Accounting The Company will publish its annual report to be submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders, following the Board of Directors' meeting on 3 October 2022, within the statutory deadline, expected to be 4 October 2022.
